Black Creek honors firefighter with motorcycle ride

BLACK CREEK, Wis. (WFRV) – A man is honoring his father, a former Black Creek firefighter, who handed absent unexpectedly in 2019, with two of his beloved factors: his neighborhood hearth office and Harley Davidson motorcycles.

“He was the department mechanic so when I was very little I was generally down here messing with the vehicles finding them managing,” mentioned son, Cory Stephani.

When Cory grew up, he joined the hearth office functioning together with his father Steve Stephani right up until Steve passed away. Cory claimed his dad taught him anything he is aware and was his hero.

On Saturday, Cory and other Black Creek firefighters organized a memorial motorbike experience to honor Stephani. This is the 2nd year that they have had the ride. Cory explained driving it provides back again memories of his father.

Stephani’s close friends described him as a male who cared deeply about his community.
